About
I was born in Kiev in 1976.
I have finished Ukrainian Academy of Light industry on speciality - outerwear design. From the first course I actively participated in the Ukrainian and foreign competitions of young designers and worked with clothes.
Since 2000, I have lived four years in Budapest where I cardinally changed a direction of my creativity. There I began to be engaged in dolls, there began my first experiments with images and technologies.
Originally I was involved only with historical images, I did not like complexity of person performance in the scale, full similarity between a doll and a person. During growth I have come to more symbolical submission, began to gravitate to grotesque genre.
When I arrived to Kiev, I began to cooperate with gallery “Parsuna” where passes constant exhibition - sale and my personal exhibitions. The most part of my dolls are in private collections in Ukraine, Hungary and Russia.
My first dolls have been made of polymeric materials, and today I prefer self congeal materials as I see in it more opportunities for art expressiveness.
All possible accessories and details which supplement a doll, I execute the hands.
In section «painting» are submitted a textile collage and graphic arts.
In section «souvenirs» are submitted my works which are in great demand as gifts and souvenirs.
In section «doll market» , are works of different gifted artists, and also my pupils on doll subjects.
